Quick question about possessive construction.

Hi everyone, the question is:

With regard to the two sentences:

I) Professor's Layton puzzles are tough.
II) Professor Layton's puzzles are tough.

Which of them is the right one? Or are both of them right?
(Quite of course, I am not referring to the quality of Layton's puzzles, but to the position of the " 's " in the sentence).

Feel free to correct any mistakes in the message as well. Bye.

The second. It's obvious, isn't it ?

Yes, it is definetely the second one. The first one seems to imply that Layton is an adjective referring to the puzzles.

All in all, not a puzzling question :P

Also, maybe it's just me, but the phrase quite of course sounds really weird...
