Credo che si risolva meglio cambiando per comodità in $x$ la variabile di integrazione:
$\int_{0}^{2\pi} frac{1}{(frac{1}{2} sin x-1)^2} dx $
e risolvendo preventivamente l'integrale indefinito
$\int frac{1}{(frac{1}{2} sin x-1)^2} dx$
Ponendo $t := tan(frac{x}{2})$ ($t$ ricorda la parola "tangente") e facendo uso delle formule parametriche (che so che piacciono tanto a gugo82...
), l'integrale indefinito si trasforma in quello di una funzione razionale. Infatti si ha $dx = frac{2 dt}{t^2 + 1}$ e $sin x = frac{2t}{t^2 + 1}$, per cui l'integrale indefinito diventa il seguente:
(seguono una serie di calcoli non difficili, ma un po' estenuanti, e che pertanto potrei anche aver sbagliato...)

Non escludo che l'integrale definito che hai proposto possa essere calcolato più rapidamente con tecniche di analisi complessa, ma qui lascio il campo agli utenti del forum più freschi di studi...
