Commenti in sospeso means 'Comments on hold' or 'pending moderation', as we pre-moderate comments before allowing them to be posted.
When looking at the article you have linked from it appears you have posted one comment to that article, and it was successfully published.

uhm, this means that my comment for some reason was not sent, let me try again. But then I get the message that my comment was received and needs to be approved. So, what the hell means "commenti in sospeso"?
