MP a nuovo utente

Scusate, stavo tentando di mandare un MP a un utente, ma non parte, rimane in messaggi in uscita. Forse perché l'utente è appena iscritto?

Gli MP non "partono", rimangono nei "Messaggi in Uscita" finché il destinatario non li legge.
Può darsi che con le nuove regole per i nuovi iscritti questi non possano leggere gli MP per un certo periodo ma può anche darsi che non se ne accorgano nemmeno
