If you are looking for some forum dedicated to new learners, Wordreference has a nice forum:
https://forum.wordreference.com/. Choose your native language and interct with people that are aware of the initial hurdles.
Another place is english.stackexchange.com; however, SE might not be friendly and bears some criticisms. It is not even a forum, strictly speaking, and prepare to get downvotes or duplicate flags.
Duolingo has a forum as well: https://forum.duome.eu/.

Further, I recommend BBC Learning English or BBC Sounds, if you want your ears to get used to spoken english. They are two apps: the former is dedicated to, well, learning; the latter is a superset of the first and hosts podcasts, documentaries, audiobooks, news and other stuff. Just raise your phone's volume and reduce the playback speed as needed.
