$$\lim_{x\to x_0} \frac{f(x)-f(x_0)}{x-x_0}-f'(x_0)=\lim_{x\to x_0} \frac{f(x)-f(x_0)}{x-x_0}-\lim_{x\to x_0} f'(x_0)$$
Non avete fatto un teorema che dice: il limite della somma è uguale alla somma dei limiti?
Se l'avete fatto viene da quello, infatti applicandolo (con le opportune ipotesi soddisfatte) puoi dire
$$\lim_{x\to x_0} \frac{f(x)-f(x_0)}{x-x_0}-\lim_{x\to x_0} f'(x_0)=\lim_{x\to x_0} \left(\frac{f(x)-f(x_0)}{x-x_0}-f'(x_0)\right)$$
